Important Information

  • Your address details can be found under ‘More info’ above.
  • Keys will only be issued if your Advance Rent Payment is paid and the Induction is completed.
  • Arrival times: Monday to Friday, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm (excluding Bank Holidays). For main arrivals weekend (September/new academic session), Arrival Slots will be available 4 weeks in advance.
  • If arriving outside these hours, please contact the accommodation office to check if out-of-hours key collection is possible. For hotel or guest house options, see: Bed & Breakfast List.

If you plan to arrive more than 3 days after your contract start date and wish us to hold your room:

  • Email us at least 7 days before your contract start date.
  • Pay for the term’s rent upfront.
  • You will receive a Delayed Arrival reference code confirming your room is secured.

Failure to follow these steps may result in the cancellation of your accommodation.
